What's the minimum order quantity?

It varies by product. Lanyards and tote bags start at 50 units, wristbands at 100, and t-shirts at 25. Accessories have no minimum.

How fast can you deliver?

Standard turnaround is 5-7 working days. Rush orders (3-day and same-day) are available for most products at an additional cost.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes — we can send physical samples for most products. Digital proofs are provided free of charge before production begins.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

Yes, we ship across the EU and UK. Contact us for international shipping quotes.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PNG files (300dpi+). We can also help with artwork setup if needed.

Do you offer eco-friendly options?

Absolutely. We offer recycled PET lanyards, organic cotton t-shirts and bags, biodegradable wristbands, and eco-friendly packaging.
